Christmas Centerpiece Craft

Dress up your holiday table with a homemade Christmas centerpiece. Craft a centerpiece that evokes the warmth of the season and matches the rest of your table settings and decor. Does this Spark an idea?

Miniature Christmas Tree

Start with a cone-shaped piece of Styrofoam and paint it green. Cut the tips off a few real Christmas tree branches and arrange them sticking out from the foam base to make it look like a real tree. Decorate with ribbon for garlands and earrings as ornaments.

Christmas Ornaments

Create a simple centerpiece for a buffet table out of spherical Christmas ornaments on which you spell a holiday word such as "Joy" or "Noel." Write one letter on each ornament with a glitter glue pen and draw snowflakes around it. Perch each ornament on a candlestick.

Gifts and Toys

Scatter classic toys such as trains, dolls, cars and stuffed animals amongst tiny wrapped gifts for a whimsical holiday centerpiece. Wrap small boxes in a variety of Christmas wrapping papers and thin ribbons. If the centerpiece is for a party, put a small favor in each box and invite guests to each pick a present to take home after the party.
