How to Display All Help Topics for Excel

Microsoft Excel 2010 includes an extensive Help library created by Microsoft. When you are stumped with a function or process within your Excel application, access the Help database in your preferred format to locate the recommended steps or location for the process you are looking for. Select the Internet version or the Help utility within your Excel application.

Navigate to the Microsoft Office support website.

Locate and click "Excel" in the list of applications under the "Current Product Help" box.

Click "All Categories" at the end of the list of Excel 2010 help topics.

Embedded Office Help

Launch a Microsoft Excel window. Click "File."

Click "Help."

Click "Microsoft Office Help" to launch the Excel help menu.
